Personalized nutrition coaching with a registered dietitian.
Helping clients in Maine and beyond build practical, sustainable nutrition habits that support health, energy, and an active lifestyle.
Meet your registered dietitian.
Hillary Pride RDN, LD, NASM CPT
Hi, I’m Hillary—a Maine-based registered dietitian passionate about helping active adults fuel their lives with confidence, clarity, and habits they actually enjoy. I specialize in working with everyday athletes and active individuals who want to feel strong, energized, and well-nourished without obsessing over every bite.
As a lifelong runner, surfer, sailor and all around everyday athlete myself, I understand the real-world challenges of staying energized and balanced while moving through life. I’ve been following a plant-based lifestyle for over 25 years and love helping clients, whether plant based or not, discover how flexible, sustainable, and performance-supportive nutrition can fit their lifestyle.
Whether training for a race, getting back into a fitness routine, or simply looking for guidance and support in moving towards a more nutritious lifestyle, I guide my clients with practical, personal, judgment-free, evidence-based strategies.
Together, we build habits that actually stick.
What to expect working with me.
Each coaching session is virtual, flexible, and designed to meet you where you are - no one size fits all guidance here.
We’ll explore your current habits, lifestyle, movement and nutrition history, and wellness goals. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what’s challenging, and where you’d like to be so that the plan we create fits your life, not a plan you need to reshape your life around.
In follow-up sessions, we’ll work collaboratively to set goals, track progress, and troubleshoot any challenges that come up. We’ll celebrate wins, adjust strategies as needed, and make sure your nutrition plan continues to support your health, energy, and long term goals.
